Scott Arthur Ball

Highly productive and a hard worker, Scott Ball is better known as Scotty to his friends and clients.

As a partner, Mr. Ball focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Able to assist clients in all phases of real estate transactions, Mr. Ball has closed everything from a simple cash sale to multi-million dollar refinances of commercial property.

A Gainesville native, Mr. Ball is committed to being an active member of the community. He has served on the boards of the Gainesville Jaycees, the Gainesville College Foundation and the March of Dimes. He has also been involved with the annual United Way fund drive. For the past five years, Mr. Ball has served as co-chair of the Law Day Committee for the Gainesville-Northeast Georgia Bar Association. He attends Lakewood Baptist Church and coaches a variety of youth sports teams. Mr. Ball is also a member of the adjunct faculty of Gainesville College, where he teaches real estate courses for the paralegal program.

A summa cum laude graduate of North Georgia College with a major in business and finance, he is a 1993 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of law.
