Nancy L. Richardson

Attentive to detail, Nancy Richardson provides counsel in the firm's corporate and litigation sections.

Ms. Richardson has several years experience as an appellate staff attorney, first with the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and then with the Georgia Court of Appeals. With Stewart, Melvin & Frost since 1996, she assists clients with a wide range of appellate matters. Ms. Richardson also conducts legal research and writes memoranda, opinions and briefs for other attorneys in the firm. In addition, she concentrates on issues affecting medical professionals and small business owners.

An active member of Grace Episcopal Church in Gainesville, she also serves on the volunteer center advisory board for the United Way of Hall County.

She has an undergraduate degree from St. Andrews Presbyterian College, graduate degrees from the University of Delaware and a law degree from the University of Georgia. Her background includes teaching at the college level.
